Report: Sea shipments of Russian oil slump by 25% in April 8–15

MOSCOW, Apr 20 (PRIME) -- Shipments of the Russian oil by sea decreased by 25% in the period from April 8 through April 15 to 21.8 million barrels, or 3.12 million barrels per day, Bloomberg reported on Wednesday quoting maritime shipping data.

In total, 30 tankers loaded around 21.8 million barrels of oil from the Russian export terminals, with the amount of tankers falling by 10 over the past week.

The volumes of oil sent to Asia from the ports of the Black Sea, the Baltic Sea, and the Arctic seas fell to the lowest level over the past two months, Bloomberg reported.
